Missed the start of the Festival? No sweat! Here's what we covered in week 2:
More Fuel for Flourishing
There's no getting around it: some of what it takes to flourish can feel like hard work.
That doesn't mean you should buy into hustle culture. Just the opposite: working hard isn't useful in itself, it's just what it takes to achieve the important stuff.
Luckily, humans thrive on doing hard things, as long as we've got the fuel in the tank for it.
But when all the focus is on achieving, making time for rest and refuelling can be hard. In fact, the more stressed we are, the more recovery we need, and the harder it gets to recover - what's known as the "recovery paradox."
When fuel runs low, things that once felt exciting start to feel overwhelming.
So this week is all about rebalancing: less stress, better recovery, more fuel for flourishing.

Experiments in flourishing
Here's a week's worth of down-to-earth experiments, to help you find ways to reduce unhelpful stress and improve recovery, so you can build up your energy reserves for the things that really count. Print them out, stick them to the wall, let us know which ones worked for you:

Join our end-of-week decompression session
We're excited to announce we now have TWO options for the end-of-week decompression session, to help more festival-goers pack the week away and get their heads and hearts into weekend mode.
The truly spectacular Sarah Longfield will be hosting our new UK-friendly option. Sarah has been helping folks to flourish in all manner of creative ways for over 20 years, and we're thrilled to have her joining us as a host for these sessions.
Register below for whichever time zone works best for you, and we'll send you the recording even if you can't make it.
