Welcome to the Festival of Flourishing!
Join us on a month-long journey filled with fun, bite-sized experiments to help you beat burnout and find your way to flourishing.
This year it runs from 1st to 31st October. You can sign up below, and access all our tools for flourishing in the meantime.

What to expect
Every day through the Festival, we'll guide you through a different activity. We'll only feature activities that the research has shown to be effective. They'll all help the average person to fend off burnout and help them to flourish. But we know you're not average, so the Festival is really about helping you to discover what truly works for you. Each week, the activities will focus on a different theme. At the start of each week, we’ll send you an email with the ‘bingo card’ for the week's activities:
